All Dishes can be stored in the refrigerator up to three days before baking or reheating.


All menu items are my "Lightened Up" versions of the originals.  They are not completely fat free, however much lighter than what you may find at a restuarant or grocery.  They are made with high quality ingredients and carefully prepared by me for the most flavor and less fat!

Chicken Parmesan 
Panko Crusted Chicken Cutlets lightly sauteed in Olive oil and topped with a tomato-basil sauce, Fresh Parmesan and low fat Mozzarella, a family favorite! 

Asparagus and Ham Caserole
The blend of Ham and asparagus are perfect together in this yummy dish made with egg white noodles and Parmesan!

Chicken Tamale Casserole 
Love Mexican food?  Then you will love the flavors in the homemade favorite!

Slow Roasted Beef Hoagies
